2.3 This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between the Company and any visitor to this site.

2.4 Any new features added to the site in the future, shall be subject to the same terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

3.1 All intellectual property rights and copyright to the design, methodologies, technologies, imagery and text content are reserved by the Company (and its licensors). They are non-transferable.

3.2 Visitors are permitted to download and print extracts from this site, provided:

(i). No documents or related graphics on this site are modified in any way.

(ii). The content of this site is for personal use of a non-commercial nature.

(iii). No attempt is made to derive income from the republishing of the unedited content, or an edited derivative.

3.3 No part of this website can be reproduced or stored in any public or private retrieval system or service without the express written permission of the Company.

6.0 Accessibility

6.1 This site makes every reasonable effort to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) A-Level standard.

6.2 We have used Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to set the colour and size of the text within each page. Users can easily override our formatting options. For example in MS Explorer by selecting Tools, Internet Options, Accessibility.

6.3 Although web browser Accessibility options might be helpful, they do not offer the same level of access as the magnification software packages developed by specialist software suppliers. The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) website provides in-depth information for partially sighted web users.

6.4 If you have little or no vision, the Internet can be accessed using a speaking browser and refreshable braille displays. A speaking browser reads aloud the contents of the entire website. Braille displays translate the site's content into braille, which can be read by touch. Visit the RNIB website for details of technology designed to help if you have a visual disability.
